Hello there!

My name is Hayati. I am a local, and I live in the northeastern part of Singapore, Seng Kang. I am seeking a part-time/ad-hoc arrangement with a family.

With extensive babysitting experience, I am well-equipped to provide the best care for your child. I take great pride in my work and work closely with parents to ensure the child’s overall welfare when they are under my care.

I do a minimum of 3 hours per session and am more than happy to travel to your residence, making it convenient for you and your family.

Here are some questions you might have, and I’m more than happy to answer. I understand that entrusting your child to a babysitter can be a big decision, and I’m here to provide all the information you need to feel comfortable.

Q: What can I expect when I hire you as a babysitter?
A: I would care for your child and ensure their welfare. This includes nappy changes, feeding, playing, showering/bathing and putting them down for naps. Depending on the circumstances, if time and schedule allow, I will take the child out and about. This could be a visit to the playground, a dip in the pool, exploring museums, parks, or the library, or perhaps just a walk in the neighbourhood for some fresh air!

Q: Are you able to stay indoors with my child instead?
A: Sure! I love crafts and working with recyclables. Just let me know beforehand so I can prepare some materials to bring over.

Q: Do you do screen time?
A: No, but sometimes I might put some music (child-friendly) on my Spotify for activities or to lighten the mood!

Q: Can you cook for my child?
A: Yes! For longer engagement hours, I can prepare a meal when the child is down for a nap. However, it would make more sense to reheat something prepared for shorter hours.

Q: Can you do some cleaning for me?
A: Rest assured that when I’m over, I will simultaneously tackle all the mess from our playtime, mealtimes, arts and crafts, etc. That being said, my service does not cover any cleaning that is not child related.

Q: Will you take photos/videos of my child?
A: Yes, only if you allow me to. I like sharing photos and videos from our adventures and playtime with the parents. Rest assured, the media will not be posted online.

Q: My child fears strangers, but I eventually need to step out for some errands. How can I be sure they will be okay under your care?
A: I understand that this situation is never easy. We can arrange a trial session before the actual session where the child, a parent, and I “hang out” so the child knows that a new friend is here to play. This would also be an excellent opportunity for parents to understand whether I am a great fit to care for their little one.

Q: Do you do night care?
A: Yes! I understand that sleep is important for both parents and children. If your little one still requires frequent night feeds or has yet to sleep throughout the night, I can do night care.

Q: Are you able to look after multiples?
A: I can care for up to three siblings (preferably, at least one child has to be semi-independent).

Q: What is your availability like?
A: As for now, I am available on Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and the weekends.
