Family of 3 Seeks Nanny for 2 year old – Part-time/full-time TBD Singapore

Child Supervision: Actively engage with the child during play and learning activities.
Activity Planning: Follow activity plans laid out by parents while also incorporating creative ideas for additional activities.
Reading and Discussion: Read books/resources and engage in discussions on child development with the parents.
Childcare Planning: Collaborate with parents to establish and implement rules, learning objectives, and discipline strategies.
Flexibility: Be available for occasional evening or weekend care, less than once a month.
Meal Preparation (for Full-Time): Assist with meal prep and some household chores if in a full-time role.

Qualifications:
Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting. References from the last 10 years.
Current Child First Aid and CPR.
Police Record Check in the last 2 years.
Strong communication skills and willingness to discuss child development with parents.
Creativity and flexibility in planning engaging activities.
Ability to establish a loving and trusting relationship with the child.

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who is nurturing and can become a beloved figure in the child’s life.
Open to feedback and willing to adapt to the family’s needs and preferences.
